Same-Day Delivery (London Boroughs Only)

We offer a same-day delivery service for customers located within London borough postcodes only.

Eligibility

  • Same-day delivery is available exclusively to addresses within Greater London boroughs.

  • Orders with delivery addresses outside London borough postcodes are not eligible and will be cancelled or refunded.

  • Orders must be placed before our stated cut-off time to qualify.

Delivery Hours

  • Same-day deliveries are carried out daily between 7:00am and 10:00pm.

  • Delivery timing is estimated and may vary depending on order volume, traffic conditions, and courier availability.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • South London deliveries: Typically delivered within 1–2 hours of order confirmation.

  • All other London boroughs: Delivery may take up to 1–5 hours, depending on demand and route availability.

Delivery Process

  • All same-day orders are hand-delivered by our courier team.

  • Signature on delivery is mandatory.

  • Photo confirmation and GPS-timestamped proof of delivery are captured at the delivery address.

Recipient Availability

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive and sign for the order at the delivery address during delivery hours.

  • If no one is available, the delivery will be marked as attempted and may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.

Proof of Delivery

For every same-day delivery, we securely record:

  • Recipient name and digital signature

  • Delivery photo

  • GPS location and delivery timestamp

Once an order is confirmed as delivered with valid proof of delivery, it is considered successfully fulfilled.

Non-Receipt & Chargebacks

  • Orders confirmed as delivered via our proof-of-delivery system cannot be refunded or charged back for non-receipt.

  • Claims of non-delivery will not be accepted where valid delivery evidence has been recorded.

Additional Information

  • Same-day delivery is subject to availability and may be paused during periods of high demand.

  • We reserve the right to refuse same-day delivery for high-risk, incomplete, or suspicious orders.
