Our story
Escape The Hood was born in South London in 2016, during a time when gang and youth violence was having a serious impact on our communities. We started with a simple purpose: to give back to the communities we came from and help young people see that there is more to life than the circumstances around them.
Clothing became our way of spreading that message. Through our designs, our projects and the community we continue to build, we aim to inspire young people to believe in their potential, make positive choices and create a different future for themselves.
Today, Escape The Hood is more than a clothing brand. It is a platform for positive change — with a percentage of our profits invested into projects that support young people and help them discover what is possible beyond the environment they may see in front of them.
